  9. Get another bowl,pour icing sugar with 1/4 butter stir very well with little water until creamy..
  10. Then use the mixture to rub on the surface of the cake..
  11. Use wafer sticks and candy to decorate the cake..
  12. Birthday cake is ready so yummy and beautiful..
